<br><br>Misschien hebben individuen te kampen met een naar zichzelf lage kritiek waarde. <br><br><strong>Dit is een kloof waar je als team frequent aan wilt werken.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ondanks de dringende behoefte aan zeer effectieve en productieve teams, zijn veel teamleden zich <strong>niet<\/strong> bewust of <strong>niet<\/strong> in staat om consequent het gedrag te oefenen dat het succes van het team zal garanderen. <br><br>Dit komt vooral omdat medewerkers teamwerk zien als iets dat voor hen vanzelfsprekend is en dat alleen wordt geleerd door persoonlijke ervaringen in teams. <br><br>Met andere woorden, ze zien teamwerk niet als iets dat ze vooral moeten leren, zeker wanneer 99% van de teamleden zichzelf als &#8220;goede&#8221; en &#8220;effectieve&#8221; teamleden beschouwt.<br><br>Toch wordt dit optimisme gelogenstraft door historische beoordelingsgegevens van The Five Behaviors\u00ae &#8211; verzameld in 2019 van meer dan 13.000 deelnemers aan het programma The Five Behaviors &#8211; die een veel somberder beeld schetsen. <br><br>Als we de teamprestaties bekijken door de lens van Patrick Er is onwil om fouten te analyseren en kansen voor verbetering te bespreken.
